By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

BolBahi provides a voice-first accounting platform that enables users to create invoices, track expenses, manage payments, generate GST-compliant reports, and receive AI-powered business insights. The Service is available through web browsers and mobile applications.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Keeping your account information up to date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent financial data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to harm, threaten, or harass others
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our consent

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Orrizonte Technologies Pvt Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service.

Free plan users can access basic features at no cost. Paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed monthly. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein. You can export your data at any time through the Service's export functionality.

While BolBahi assists with GST calculations and report generation, we are not a licensed tax consultant or chartered accountant. The GST calculations and reports generated by the Service are tools to assist you, but you are solely responsible for the accuracy of your tax filings. We recommend consulting a qualified chartered accountant for tax advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Orrizonte Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. We encourage resolving disputes through mutual discussion before pursuing legal remedies.
